Products

  • Tallow provides a hard long lasting bar of soap. Due to its hardness it can sometimes crack with frequent uses and uneven drying between use.

    Use a well-draining soap dish or a soap rest to avoid uneven drying.

  • I source tallow from farmers who are free range, grass-fed and finished. Who’s cattle don’t have any antibiotics or vaccines.

  • I strive for organic ingredients where ever I can. At times it’s either not possible or financially it isn’t viable. In these situations I look for farmers who use organic, natural and/or wildcraft practices.

  • Because the balm is anhydrous (containing no water) you only need a small amount. Apply straight after shower or on damp skin (from a toner) when the skin is hydrated, this helps to lock in the moisture. Rub a small amount (1/2 a pea size) between fingers and lightly coat the area of your face or body.

  • This can happen when it moves from different temperatures and as it cools the fatty acids solidify at different rates. The balm is fine to use, just warm between your fingers before applying to the face or body to ensure a silky application.

  • Returns Policy:

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Iskah, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at rachel@iskah.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on returning the item.

    Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a fault on our end. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
